החברה שלי עובדת עם TDY כבר כמה שנים במשלוחי ייצוא שלנו לאירופה.
בנוסף, בקיץ 2008 הם עזרו לי לארגן משלוח מארה"ב אחרי שפניתי לחברות רבות וטובות ואף אחד לא הצליח לעזור לי. המשלוח היה מורכב מבחינת הטענת הסחורה, שינוע בתוך ארה"ב, ועוד כל מיני פרטים מקצועיים. מהרגע שפניתי אליהם, הם דאגו להכל, כולל עדכונים שוטפים על מצב ההזמנה ומיקום.
לחברת TDY אין אוניות משלה, אך היא "קונה" מקום על אוניות של החברות הגדולות (בלאו הכי, לא היה עוזר לך לפנות לחברות הגדולות כגון MSC או צים מכיוון שהן אינן עוסקות במשלוחים פרטיים).
נציגת MSC בארץ (חברה בינלאומית שבסיסה בג'נבה) המליצה לי על TDY ואני יצרתי קשר עם איש הקשר שלי פה בארץ.
אתה יכול להיות שקט לגבי הליווי שלהם את המטען. תיעזר בהם ותציק להם עם כל השאלות שלך. הם באמת נו,נים יחס אישי יותר מאשר חברות אחרות שמספקות את השירות הזה.
אני לא מאמינה שתהיה לך בעיה עם אנשי הקשר בארה"ב, אך תרגיש חופשי להגיד לי אם אתה צריך עזרה ואני אפנה לאנשי החברה פה בארץ.

Thanks for taking care of this.My mom said that Adi delivered the box and was very nice and professional.Like I said on your side everything you did was correct especially from a customer service point of view.It was veryobvious when I talked to youthat you are a hard worker and you understandthe level of service that needs to be provided (it was a pleasure working with you). In terms of what can be fixed, I would suggestwhen you are doing consolidated shipping that you divide the container much more carefully. Boxes shouldn't be getting mixed up. The stickers that youuse for numbering boxes needs to be larger and less prone to falling off, otherwise it is next to impossible to tell what is missing (until you unpack everything which takes a while). Finally when mistakes happen (which generally is only going to be discovered when peopleget to Israel) that the Israel office needsto correct it immediately and not give bs excuses (like in the army "Ein ani lo yachol, rakani lo rotzeh"). Someone suggesting to me that I needto go toRishonduring myworkday to correct a problem that was not my fault isunprofessional. I think we are close to finishing inventory and will be submitting a claim for one curio. Overall I am pleased with your commitment to cost and service. Additinally the moving people on both sides were very good and pleasant to work with.
